What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit for a Live account is USD 5 (for Mini account type ONLY) To view all account types and their minimum balance please visit Account Types.

How can I deposit or withdraw from my account?

What options do I have for deposits?

At present we offer the following methods of deposits:
a) Wire Transfer
b) Skrill-Moneybookers (credit / debit cards).
c) Neteller.
d) Credit / debit cards

h) Fasapay (INDONESIA – MALAYSIA)

Can I fund my account before sending documents?

Fideliscm allows 15 days grace period for total deposits upto $ 2,000.

What is the typical processing time for bank wire deposits?

All Bank wires normally take 3 -5 business days depending on the intermediary bank.

Are my funds safe with you?

At Fidelis Capital Markets we regard the security of our client funds as high priority, for this reason we ensure that all funds are held in segregated accounts in recognized banks.

Can I withdraw if I have open positions?

Yes, however, internal checks will be carried out by the accounting department before processing each withdrawal request.

If my trading account displays zero balance will my account be closed?

No, your account will remain active with a balance of zero.

Is there a fee for deposits and withdrawals?

Fidelis Capital Markets does not charge any fees for either deposits or withdrawals.
Note :
1. Any fees which are charged will by your respective banks or payment providers.
2. No transaction fee on deposits over 5000 USD.

Why does my withdrawal take so long?

Any Bank Transfers are usually processed by us within 1-2 business day, however it takes about 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your bank account In the case of Skrill withdrawal requests are normally processed the same day, if the request was submitted during work hours.

do you save my credit/debit card details?

No Fidelis does not save any card details.

can i withdraw if i have not submitted full documents?

Fideliscm does not allow withdrawals if account is not fully verified.
